The Experience of a Truly Good Man Entering the Spirit World

Even as a child is born on earth, with friends around it to rejoice at its coming, so do kind and loving spirit friends welcome into the spirit world a truly good man’s spirit. The incorruptible leaves the corruptible in the twinkling of an eye; but before his spirit has thus departed, and while the dissolution is about to take place, the spirit friends enter into communion with him, and magnetize the body, which gives him liberty to go out. As soon as he has departed, his friends also withdraw from the body, and hear him hence. For a long while it is like a pleasant dream, and he begins to reflect within himself as to the cause of his not waking up; he looks around him now, and beholds many of his friends whom he remembers to have been long since dead. As fast as he remembers them, they come to him and greet him kindly, lovingly. Then comes his loving wife and daughter; then perhaps a little son that he once almost idolized.

The Creator is Your Hope of Glory

A wonderful path stretches out before you. You are walking into the arms of a glorious destiny as a child of the living Creator. Your soul is part of the great soul of the Great Spirit, one with the infinite Soul and lives in the ocean of Soul partaking of the strength of the Spirit. Knowing that your being has its foundation in the Father, as an expression of the almighty fountain of Cause, you have faith in the development of the power from within. You are embodying this unlimited power in your words, spoken from this understanding.

Speak the word of truth with faith; perfect unwavering faith. Hold fast to the Eternal One day and night, trusting even though you see no result, trusting on and on with persistence in prayer, repeating over and over that you will trust Him, for He is your deliverance. Affirm: Jehovih is my wisdom. Jehovih is my strength. He will manifest in and through me, for in Him does all fullness dwell; fullness of life and joy and perfect bliss. Do not allow your consciousness to limit the manifestation, for it is limitless.

Unity in Essentials

Solidarity among people of like faith is of vital importance in this day and age. We are called to have unity in whatever acceptable fashion that it can take. For Faithists today, a full unity is not entirely foreseeable in a short period of time, but an “interfaith union” is certainly possible.

If our faith is strong and our knowledge of the Oahspe and the manners in which the Heavenly Father reveals His intentions is adequate and properly maintained, we can easily overlook certain idiosyncrasies of Faithists that are not directly associated with us. Logically, we would not accept anything that is in direct violation of the revealed purposes and teaching of the Father.

Unity and Harmony Amongst Brothers and Sisters

“Discover the good that is in your neighbour, and laud him therefore, for this is the method of raising him higher.” (Book of Discipline 7:15)

We read in the Scriptures, “There is divine unity amongst my disciples, but each has also been granted a special freedom by my Father in all those matters which are not considered essential to the liberation of the soul.”

Faithism upholds the importance of unity among all its members, regardless of their status as laity or clergy. When we speak of unity it does not mean developing a “Borg” or cult mentality. Faithists are never asked to believe in anything other than the essentials – brethren maintain unity in doctrine by remaining steadfast in the essentials of the Faith. Therefore, diverse thoughts, within righteousness, are permitted among the brethren, especially where direct teachings have not yet been provided by the celestial beings, especially of the current era.

We Are Responsible for Each Other

“Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself, and o unto thy fellow man as thou wouldst have him do unto thee.” (Eskra 44:8)

When difficulties arise either in one’s family or within the congregations of our blessed people, it is always important to enlist the assistance of wise and mature brethren. His Divine Presence has placed within your reach brothers and sisters who can lend a helping hand with wise counsel in any difficult situation and if at all possible your request for such help should never be delayed. Do not be embarrassed about asking for advice and counsel from your brothers.

Rabbah Endorses Eloist Edition of Oahspe

Rabbah Rish’kahni, a descendant of J.B. Newbrough, the scribe used by angels to transcribe the Oahspe Bible, recently endorsed the use of the Eloist edition of Oahspe. The Eloist edition was published in 2016.

“I use the original edition of the Oahspe, but for the sake of clarity, I also enjoy using the Eloist edition. This edition has cleared up some typographical errors that are present in the older editions. It is an edition that I highly recommend.”

Rabbah also stated, “Our brother, John Newbrough, is aware of the Eloist edition, and has, through numerous spiritual sessions, said that he knows of its helpfulness in bringing an end to some false assumptions concerning the typos.”

Students can see some of the updates referenced in the Editor’s Notes of the Eloist Edition.

Tablet of Jehovih and His eight Sons and Daughters

“The Divine Messenger* said: These are the nine entities; or according to the ancients, Jehovih and His eight children, His Sons and Daughters. And these are the same which in all ages poets and philosophers have made to speak as, THE FAMILY OF THE UNIVERSE. Through them I speak. Jehovih is the Light, that is, Knowledge. The manifestation of Knowledge in man is Jehovih. The growth of wisdom in man, as the earth grows older, is the TREE OF LIGHT.” – Book of Ben.
